Ofsted registered childminder

I am an experienced childminder and have been registered with Ofsted since May 2002. Being registered with Ofsted is proof of having an enhanced Criminal records bureau disclosure. The current version of this is Disclosure and Barring or DBS. I am also qualified in Childrens' Care, Learning and Development having completed my L3 NVQ in January 2007.

I continue my professional development by regularly attending training as my commitment to offering a quality service.

Neishas' Niche is a non-smoking household where children are cared for in a safe, comfortable, home setting.

I support the effective learning of children. I provide opportunities for individual attention in a rich learning environment, designed to be an enjoyable experience for the children.

I am flexible in my hours and specialise in 0 - 3 years.

A typical day and menu are included in my portfolio, along with my policies and certificates. Parent's are shown this on a visit.

I am very enthusiastic about good food and that is reflected in the meals that I prepare for the children.

I live within walking distance of Redhill town centre. I am part of the local community and use all the available resources.
